Privacy policy

The short version

Your prompts, files, code and the replies you get never pass through Segra's servers. They go straight from your browser or your computer to a model running in a secure enclave (a TEE), whose hardware attestation the app checks. Segra's servers handle your account, billing and short-lived access tokens only.

What Segra stores

• Your account: your user ID, your email, a salted hash of your password, and whether the account is disabled.
• If you request access: your name, email, and the X or LinkedIn profile you give, so we can review the request.
• Feedback you send from the apps: the text you type, with the app and its version. Never your chats.
• API keys and device sign-in codes for Segra Desktop and Segra Meetings, stored only as hashes.
• Usage: for each reply, the model, the provider, the token counts, an ID the provider assigns, whether the reply's signature checked out, and its cost. Never the content.
• Your balance, and the blockchain wallet and payment accounts that hold it.
• The note you add when you ask for Pro credits, and your email if you join the waitlist. We use them only to answer you.

Who else sees what

• Model providers on the 0G network run the models. They receive your prompts and produce replies inside the attested enclave. Segra only allows providers whose attestation shows the model running inside the enclave.
• Web search in Segra Desktop sends only the search query, from your computer, to DuckDuckGo. Pages the agent opens are fetched from your computer.
• Our infrastructure: the database is hosted by Supabase. Admin alerts (for example a new access request, Pro request or feedback message, with your name or user ID, email and what you wrote) go to the Segra team through Telegram. Account emails are sent through Resend.
• We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

On your computer

Segra Desktop sends no analytics or telemetry. Your sessions, settings and API key stay on your computer, in the app's data folder. Segra Meetings keeps recordings and transcripts on your computer.

Cookies

The website sets one cookie, to keep you signed in. There are no tracking cookies.

Your choices

You can revoke API keys at any time from the website. To delete your account and its records, contact us through segra.ai.
